beyond legacy makes do, but i've had a few glitches happen with it and would love to simply have folders integrated into dndbeyond officially.
I created a campaign just for completed character concepts and then copied the invite link to the campaign and open up a tab with it and add a character I want in it. It is kind of a work around but not as neat or informative as folders would be.
The ability to access digital copies of the physical books I've already purchased...
This website is neither owned, nor operated by the company that publishes D&D. This website is owned by Fandom Inc., D&D is published by WotC, a subsidiary of Hasbro. This website does not receive a single penny from a single sale of a single physical book. Not one cent. And if they gave you a license for a digital copy they would have to give money to WotC for it, so not only would DDB get absolutely nothing from it, it would actually cost them money. They can’t do that.
The folks you need to direct your suggestion to are the folks over at WotC. Follow this link, you can find a “contact support” link at the bottom of the page: https://dnd.wizards.com/
They would need to put a manufacturer’s rebate into the books that you could redeem here, and then WotC would have to refund DDB. Of course, if they did that, they would have to start charging us between $80-$100/book, and even Amazon would have to raise the price to around $60 or more.
NOTE: You will need to setup a zendesk account (which is not your DnDBeyond.com account, the team uses this 3rd party software). It's easy to do and your votes are needed!
Obviously things like Warlock invocations, which I know are already in the works
but I think is really important, PAGE NUMBERS. Rules or points are always referred to as 'DMG .53', not the section or chapter or whatever so when cross referencing with the digital compendium... well, with no page number it's hard to do.
Also, a little more improvement with the compendium in general. While, I LOVE the ease of reading and the breakdown of paragraphs, I think a numbered quick click on the left side bar with the corresponding room to instantly take you there on the map (in regards to adventures).
I've mentioned this before... Drop down options for items such as the moonblade or prayer beads, where you have a lot of options to choose from. The same for Sentient/Legendary items with their minor/major beneficial/detrimental boons... As of now, the only option is to recreate the item with the desired stats.
In the same vein, the ability to add options to feats... Like the martial adept feat allows options of fighting styles.. but with the modifier feature. This would allow things like fighting adept or invocation adept work. It will also clean up the feats page.. Instead of having 5 magic initiates, or elemental adepts, (or the multitude of other 'broken down' feats) you could just have the one with the option to choose which one you would want. Additionally, I don't know if this should even be done, but the ability to have feats 'grow' with you, similarly how racial spells do.. Tiefling first learn thaumaturgy, then hellish rebuke at level 3 and darkness at level 5. When the CFV ranger was still in playtest, I wanted to give a single feat to the ranger that granted the new spells only at the respective level with Primal Awareness, or the correct features (and the option to choose which one at which level) for Deft explorer, etc.
The option to hide my character's information from other players in the same campaign. The fun behind getting to know your party is not knowing anything about them at first.
A prime example of this is when a fellow player decided to play a changeling in disguise and did not want the other players to know for fear of metagaming encounters. That all went out the window when the race was on full display in the character preview.
Not knowing what other player characters are has other merits too. It frees up players to play characters they want to play as instead of picking a class to create a balanced party comp.
In short, implement features that hide your stats, spells, classes, and race from other players.
If not a VTT, then a stable and supported API so that various VTTs can pull information from D&D Beyond. I'm fully vested in DDB, and really wish I could officially use my content on a VTT.

Which VTT are you using? While not a full API, Beyond20 is a browser extension that allows you to run your characters and monsters on DDB and push all the dice rolls to Roll20 , Foundry VTT, Astral or Discord.

Adam Bradford said they were definitively working on VTT for D&D Beyond in the latest Dev Update. Believe it was the one on 10 December?
As for API access, that makes perfect sense from a player perspective, but I don't think it makes much sense from the business perspective. Without these competing services paying Fandom, what would be the incentive for Fandom to resource that work?
For you to follow wizard spell casting rules, I should be able to add any spell I want to my spell book regardless of whether I have that spell slot or not, and only be able to prepare when I do. Because for some reason I can only prepare spells that I have the wizard levels for, not the overall levels EX: I was mapping out a character of mine and decided to give him 5 levels in wizard (For better utility spells and superior spell management) and 15 levels in sorcerer, when I did this it would only let me prepare and get level 3 spells even though I could cast 9th level spells

The ability to have multiple dice on the 3d dice roller
Enjoy my magic items, spells, monsters, my race, and a few feats. And GIVE ME FEEDBACK... or else.

Virtual Tabletop. It's been my ask for years.
Want to see Virtual Table Top like no other before it built within DnDBeyond.com? Upvote the feature request. It's 2nd highest voted so far:

I really, really want a better search!
To finally be able to edit ranged weapons ranges. Ways to edit base values of things like reload would be nice too.
Maybe a pairing with Shmeppy. I do love that program

The ability to add homebrew equipment and non-magical items!
Yea, although I think that is what DMsguild is for

The point would be to be able to add them to one's inventory here on DDB.
