I’m trying to add a whip and a pair of gloves that’s weighted, a little extra punch for my monk. Yet, can’t find whip or gloves. How do I add those? I am trying to follow along, I don’t see it though.
There is a whip. You'll have to modify something to make weighted gloves though.
The way my DM described it to me, originally as a Monk I can do a 1d4+4 bludgeoning for Unarmed Strike, right? I'm adding a +2 to that. So I'm guessing how do I modify the Unarmed Strike?

Can’t say if you’re right unless I know what your character’s ability scores are. As a monk, from 1st-4th levels your character’s unarmed strikes deal 1d4 damage. How much you add to that depends on how high your character’s Strength or Dexterity scores are. If either score is 18 or 19, then yes you would add +4 to it. If the highest score is 16 or 17, then you only add +3 to o that d4.
You should be able to customize your character’s unarmed strike directly on the character sheet to add damage.

Currently level four.
I agree with you, it should allow the ability to customize the character’s Unarmed Strike, along with the others, but how do I do that? When I export it to PDF, sure, I can change anything, including the US, however that is not an ideal situation. Any changes I make in the app, such as go to level 5, add equipment, or anything, I would have to export and remember to change it each time.
Someone pointed it out to me. My mistake was going through the edit part, he suggested I just select the character and go to the abilities, select the Unarmed Strike, then customize. Works.

Ah, I have to go onto the website, not the app. sigh. How do I find the gloves to modify? And how to modify?
