Im looking for a few phobia's that would be very specific to a typical D&D setting.
My players recently long rested in a magical dungeon. They were surprise that I allowed them to do so but I had all of them make a Wisdom Saving throw. Now, as a result of them taking a long rest there, I thought it would be fun to bestow a phobia on each of my players to enrich their role-play opportunities in the game and to show that staying in that dungeon for that long has impacted them without impacting them too much mechanically.
I have to come up with a few ideas as I have quite a few players. I already have the following:
1. Fear of teleportation. They would actively seek to avoid having to teleport. They would have the fear that a teleportation could have a mishap possibly scattering the party across the planes or destroying ones body in the process.
2. Fear of Extradimensional spaces. The party possesses a portable hole as well as a bag of holding. The idea of this fear would be that they are afraid of what could lurk in those dark spaces as you never 100% know what's on the other side of the magical gateway.
I need at least a few more and thought that this forum would be the best place to ask.
Fear of Mimics- They would think everything could be a mimic in disguise. They would not be comfortable until they were sure each piece of furniture in the room was not secretly trying to eat them. They would never ever trust treasure chests.
Fear of magical spying- They are convinced that their enemies are listening to every word they say. They must set up anti detection locations before they feel comfortable speaking ill of someone or discussing their plans.
Fear of animals not actually being animals-They are scared of all animals because they could be a dragon or druid in disguise and want to make sure that they do not anger them
Fear of magic in general would be appropriate. Fear of dragons (elementals, fiends, celestials, aberrations, fey, etc). Fear of extraplanar entities. Fear of the gods. Fear of wizards/sorcerers/warlocks.

Time to introduce the bagman (from VRGTR).

Dear dungeon masters,

Thanks in advance!
