Neya: The arrow travels through the nasty smoke that still fills the air, hitting one of the Abomination's legs and breaking a handful of bones into smaller cracked pieces. There is no reaction showing pain or that it has slowed down even a bit (cumulative damage to the Draconic Abomination: 6).
Now that you are closer to it, you also notice that some of the smoke seems to be going through the wall immediately to your side. You come to the realization that a portion of that wall (beige are in the map) was naught but an illusion, masking some sort of hidden shortcut between hallways. Despite the illusion dissipating in front of your eyes, you feel there is still something weird about this secret passage. (OOC: mechanically, the smoke moving through the wall effectively reduced the DC for the passive perception check on finding the secret passage from a 15 to a 12, in case you are curious).
UPDATED MAP (I also added the area affected by the smoke).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"So I am now realizing that my curiosity may have gotten the better of me, and if we happen to survive this encounter I may owe everyone a drink."
Asley crawls out from underneath the table, hops to the other side of it (P15) to hopefully gain some cover from the creature coming this way, and then places his hand in front of him, casting Fire Bolt at the Draconic Abomination.
Asley shoots fire from his hand and hits the creature. Again, no fazing (cumulative damage to the Draconic Abomination: 9).
As you move around the table, you notice that there is a lot less smoke billowing from the cauldron, and that a small quantity of viscous sickly-green liquid remains. There is enough in there to maybe fill a small vial, if you were to find a use for it.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The Draconic Abomination moves into the lab, at a pace that is faster than what you may have expected given its precarious built. It swipes at Graxx with one of its frontal paws:
-> Paw (melee weapon attack) vs. Graxx: Attack: 26 Damage: 17 bludgeoning. That shoulder is going to hurt in the morning.
The five zombies will instinctively move towards a target and slam against them with whatever body part they can. Long-neck (the neck is about 3 feet long and swerves) will attack Drazzim; Dragon-Maw (just the lower jaw) and Tailed-Zombie (two-foot long pointy tail) will attack Utar; and Dragon-Paw and Winged-Zombie (just one atrophied wing) will aim at Rag:
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Drazzim: Attack: 14 Damage: 4 bludgeoning. Arm slam to the torso hard enough to feel through the armor.
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Utar: Attack: 22Damage: 2 bludgeoning. Shield deflection.
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Utar: Attack: 5Damage: 2 bludgeoning. Shield saves the day again.
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Rag: Attack: 4 Damage: 4 bludgeoning. Punch to the face followed by a nosebleed.
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Rag: Attack: 11Damage: 2 bludgeoning. You duck in pain from the face-punch.
UPDATED MAP:
(Utar, Graxx, Cato, Drazzim, and Rag are up next. Neya and Asley can post for the next round if they so wish).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Cato will point to the ground beneath the abomination, utter a few words, and cast create bonfire. It must make a DC 14 DEX save, or take 4 fire damage.

Asley looks up at the abomination and says, "So I am just going to say again to the group that I realize that this one is on me and I understand if you are not thrilled with me."
He casts Magic Missile at the abomination and aims all three darts at it for 9 Force Damage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Utar: You swing your warhammer and with one swoop you manage to hit both zombies, your weapon detaching skin, stitches, and dried putrid flesh alike (cumulative damage to Dragon-Maw: 5; cumulative damage to Tailed-Zombie: 11).
Graxx: The moon-touched sword slices through bone like butter. It is no surprise to anyone looking at him that the barbarian is loving the fight (cumulative damage to Draconic Abomination: 20).
Cato: Fire starts stirring underneath the creature (DEX saving throw: 21). The fire burns the creature from underneath but it shows no sign of being bothered by the flames (cumulative damage to Draconic Abomination: 27).
Drazzim (autopilot): The dwarf will swing his glaive at Long-Neck:
-> glaive (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Long-Neck: Attack: 13 Damage: 12 slashing (cumulative damage to Long-Neck: 13).
Rag: The rogue slashes at Dragon-Paw twice (cumulative damage to Dragon-Paw: 13).
(OOC @DracheLehre: I'll take the first d20 roll of each attack you performed so -> 10, 11, and 21 total).
Neya: You approach to hit the Draconic Abomination, but as you try to jab it twice, it starts turning in place, clearly trying to face the hole in the wall hidden by the illusion you uncovered a moment ago. This turn causes the quick jabs to miss, but you see an opportunity for a late kick. It connects, dealing more damage than expected (cumulative damage to Draconic Abomination: 35).
Asley: Thee force darts hit the creature's face. It begins to wobble more irregularly (cumulative damage to Draconic Abomination: 44).
The zombies will continue to wail mindlessly at their current targets:
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Drazzim: Attack: 17 Damage: 4 bludgeoning. Another hit felt through the armor.
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Utar: Attack: 20 Damage: 5 bludgeoning. This time you raise your shield a bit too late.
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Utar: Attack: 20 Damage: 4 bludgeoning. And a second hit also lands.
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Rag: Attack: 8Damage: 2 bludgeoning. A swing of the arm passes above your head
-> Slam (melee weapon attack) vs. Rag: Attack: 16 Damage: 7 bludgeoning. Wing-slammed!
The Draconic Abomination will try to circle around Neya to get to the secret passage. In the process of doing so, it moves away from the bonfire created by Cato, but exposes it's back to Graxx (attack of opportunity available to Graxx: if taking it, make sure to roll your attack in your next post). Not being able to squeeze by the monk, the abomination will attack her.
-> Paw (melee weapon attack) vs. Neya: Attack: 7Damage: 13 bludgeoning. The monk is too quick for the unstable bony creature.
UPDATED MAP (the symbol north of Graxx is Cato's bonfire):
Graxx will take the opportunity attack using his greatsword. Attack: 8 Damage: 15
Graxx will then move to K13 shouting, "DO NOT RUN FROM THE LIGHTBREAKER(name for Greatsword)!!"
Graxx will once again attack with his greatsword. This time completely losing himself in the blade, (hopefully) becoming once with Lightbreaker. This attack will be Reckless Attack granting advantage and will also utilize the Great Weapon Mastertaking a -5 penalty to attack roll to add +10 to attack damage.
Cato will drop concentration on his spell, and then re-assume wolf form, making application of his newfound skill for chewing on bones. Wolf Cato runs up to the abomination, and bites it. (with advantage from pack tactics)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Is it trying to escape?!" Neya shouts, well aware of what the Abomination is trying to do. She then wheels around to the side of the creature (M15,after Cato attacks) and throws a couple of roundhouse kicks.
(OOC @MoistBooks: Can you double-check your health? I believe Utar should be at 8/13 HP, right?)
Utar: You swing your warhammer downward to hit Dragon-Maw and bring it back up, hitting Tailed-Zombie(cumulative damage to Dragon-Maw: 14; cumulative damage to Tailed-Zombie: 16).
Graxx: As his foe turns its back to the barbarian, Graxx runs to its side swinging his moon-touched sword with only one hand. He finds out that the weapon was really not meant for such wielding as he misses both attacks.
Cato: The bonfire is extinguished and Wolf-Cato returns. The beast bites at its foe's hindquarters (cumulative damage to Draconic Abomination: 53). The wobbly creature feels the weight of Wolf-Cato on its back (STR saving throw: 6), but manages to stay standing.
Drazzim (autopilot): The dwarf will swing once again at his opponent.
-> Glaive (melee weapon attack with reach) vs. Long-Neck: Attack: 26 Damage: 11 slashing (cumulative damage to Long-Neck: 27->DEAD).
-> The zombie falls to the ground, motionless for a moment. The glyph behind it (A28) flashes brighly, and Long-Neck stands back up, seemingly "ALIVE" again.
Rag:Another two well-placed stabs at Dragon-Paw. Its knees buckle and it is on the ground, still trying to grab you (cumulative damage to Dragon-Paw: 26).
25. Neya 19. Asley 18.Long-neck (27), Dragon-paw (26), Winged-zombie (0), Dragon-maw (14), Tailed-zombie (16). 18. Draconic Abomination (53) 13. Utar 12. Graxx - Raging 09. Cato - in the form of a Wolf 06. Drazzim 06. Rag
Neya: As you twirl around, one of your kicks hit, the other misses (cumulative damage to Draconic Abomination: 65). It does not look it can take much more punishment.
