Xavier melf’s minute meteors reads "Each creature within 5 feet of the point where the meteor explodes must make a Dexterity saving throw." You didn't specify where it landed ie front or back. Velmine is within 5 feet so she must also make 2 Dex saves. Keep that in mind next time.

Velmine make two Dex saves after you make your Str save take 5 and 7 fire damage on a failed save or half that on a successful save.
You stated the creature took damage on his flanking which would the rear of the large creature which is more than 5 feet from any of our party

2 mini meteors burn into the bull's stoney flank, causing a little bit of lava.
Flank would be the backside of the creature so more than 5 feet from a party member. I will be more specific with what square I’m targeting in the future

What are you guys fighting? There's nothing there... Anymore.... Illusions... Ah crap. Baik will ready to move over and attack the nearest gorgon if he can see it.
Attack: 21 Damage: 8 Attack: 19 Damage: 6
As he attacks, a large booming sound can be heard. (Booming blade) (once again only if he can see them.)

You're right, I wasn't thinking about thar when I read the spell.
Baik can hear the sounds of battle, but doesn't see any enemies. Asking why people are fighting, he readies himself for battle. At the end of his turn he still doesn't see the enemy.
Eiren starts to turn into stone. About all you can do (unless some great out-of-the-box thinking) is to make your 2nd Con save (DC 13)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
After getting hit, and happily standing her ground and resisting the attack, Velmine looks over the enemy's side to see the goat confused. Thinking about it for a second, Velmine decides to see if the goat will follow her commands even if it doesn't know what's going on in its surroundings.
"Goatie! How about you step away from here, I think the grass down there tastes a little better."
The command given is for the goat to disengage and walk away from here heading south. X, 19 or something close should work.
"And now, I'll be sure to give the best I can to defeat this one."
She fastly pulls her rapier and in the same speed plunges into her enemy.
Velmine stabs the gorgon, does some serious damage.
The goat walks to X19 (Not sure if disengage will work, the goat can't see them, they can see it. Would they get an opportunity attack? Player thoughts?)

Eiren uses his magic to the best of his ability even as his features harden. He fires off several glowing bolts of force at the closest Gorgon. Then, he disappears from his current place and blinks into existence directly in front of the gorgon. Fighting off the effects with all his strength, he stabs vindictively at the stony monster before his weapon falls from his hand...
(Unloading this round, in case I don’t get any more turns!)
A restrained creature's speed becomes 0, and it can't benefit from any bonus to its speed.
Attack rolls against the creature have advantage, and the creature's attack rolls have disadvantage.
The creature has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws
Did roll with disadvantage? If so you roll 2 natural 20's. Which I should give you some sort of bonus. If not roll the 1st rapier attack and damage again, and I may have to change some of the wording below.
Eiren preparing for the worst fires off a Magic Missile at G1 which does considerable damage. He then teleports between the two gorgons and makes two quick jabs with his rapier (I assume you are still targeting G1) wounds the bull again with his first attack, but the second misses. The rapier drops from his hardened hand. However as the blade is falling, his body rejects the poison and all of a sudden he feels normal again. You can make a Dex Acrobatics check DC 15 if successful you can catch the rapier before it hits the ground.
Eiren's 1st rapier attack still hit, but only did 11 damage, not the 18 for a crit. His 2nd attack still missed. He failed to catch the rapier as it fell from his hand.

Tallis will fire 2 more arrows at the non-prone gorgon (sorry, lost track of which was which)
(Attack 1: 11+1 for 7 damage. Attack 2: 9+2 for 10 damage.)

Ok. To finish round one
Eiren needs to make a DC 13 Con save and make an opportunity attack if successful. Qu'oth can act.
Velmine needs to make a DC 16 Str save.
Here are the positions after round 1.
After the saves are made Corvin, Tallis, Eiren, Velmine and Baik can act.
Baik and the goat can't see the gorgons and must make a Wisdom save at the end of their turns.
If Eiren fails his con save, he is restrained and must make a 2nd DC 13 Con save at the end of his turn.

Qu’oth, seeing Eiren begin to seize up, rushes to his aid, alighting on the shadar-kai’s shoulder and cawing loudly.
(I agree with the others...the DM’s narration seems in step with the player’s intent of not damaging any friendlies!)
