Reggie with a 12 insight, it is odd that the one man was standing at the end of the alley. But, both men look to be commoners. They are dressed in roughly made clothing, the new man is wearing a straw hat. They aren't carry any bags and no weapons are visible on their person. Let me know if you still take that attack action.
Meanwhile, in Arrow's Oddities. Grovalder looks at Benagol, "I know this is serious, lad. Moop is gone...I am still trying to come to terms with that. The Arrow estate is a couple hour travel north of town. I am sure I can find some parchment around here to draw you a map, a moment."
Grovalder begins to search behind the counter for some parchment.

In an almost whisper (as much a a giant may be able) he asks “With Moops death, these folks are definitely dangerous and may be after Mr Arrow or his enterprise... maybe even you. We want to put a stop to them but without much to go on it may take us a while to get all the pieces figured out. Anything else you think is worth mentioning?“
Reggie allows the two men to pass. Just as the women, they do not seem to notice you on the rooftops. The door to Arrow's Oddities opens with another ding of the bell and the two men enter. Just as the door closes you're eyes return to the alleyway. Already walking down the alley are two men. They are no commoners. One wears a heavy plate and at their hip is a warhammer. They are tall for a human, with red hair and darkish skin. The other man is wearing light armor and has a hand crossbow and rapier on their hip. They have black hair and fair skin, average build. These looks to be adventurers. They don't notice you on the roof, but they are approaching Arrow's Oddities. Their manner says they are tailing someone by their body language and they way they are approaching (you know this manner well).
Inside Arrow's Oddities another ring of the bell at the door as two men enter. They are dressed as commoners. The small bookshop, which was already cramped with books and the likes, has reached its capacity. When the two men enter, Grovalder ignores Ardeth's question and looks to the two men. "Ah, welcome to Arrow's Oddities! Looks like we have plenty of business, yes?" The two men node in response and look around the room. Grovalder continues "Well fair travelers, I am sorry, but I cannot be of more assistance. We have work to do...and we can't have anyone..." He looks at you all. "get in our way." Grovalder yells "Get them boys!"
When Grovalder finishes, his body starts to twist unnaturally. His body begins to grow amber and black fur, his hands turn to large paws with razor sharp claws, and his face turns beast like with a maws like a big cat. He resembles a jaguar but still holds a humanoid form. The four commoners in the bookshop shed their disguise and are revealed to be more of the cloaked figures. They draw their weapons, combat has started, roll for initiative!
Rubin you're up, you are approaching and you hear a loud voice...you think you hear them say "Get them..."
Everyone else, you are practically within 5-10 feet of...well, someone! The only enemy not within 5 feet reach is Grovalder, as he is behind the counter.
Rubin rushes to the door and pushes his way through, his hand crossbow already in his hand as he shoulders his way inside. Seeing the strange cat-like creatures, he lifts the weapona nd sends multiple shots out. His hand is a blur as he expertly slips another bolt into the weapon before each shot. He targets the one closest to the door first and moves on if that one goes down.
Crossbow shot 1: 7
Damage: 17
Crossbow shot 2: 17
Damage: 15
Dread Ambusher attack: 5
Damage: 19 and 2 from dread ambusher.
Bonus-action Crossbow shot: 6
Damage: 18
(All attacks using sharpshooter.)
If he has any movement left, he will step out of the way of the door, prefering to be outside and out of line-of-sight of the creatures if possible.
Rubin burst open the door. Everyone in Arrow's Oddities sees a man is wearing light armor and has a hand crossbow drawn. They have black hair and fair skin, average build. They fire 4 shots rapid fire, one shot missed but everything else hits on target. Cloak 1 and 2 fall to the ground with bolts sticking out the center of their chest. The man then steps back outside leaving the door open.
Cloak 1 is dead.
Reggie you see most of this happen and notice the commoner men were no longer there but replaced by the cloaked figures. The man with black hair swiftly shoots them down and steps back outside. The door is open and you can see Cloak 3 past Benagol, which would be half cover if you took the shot. Otherwise, you know you could make it inside the building and still have room to attack with melee. You're turn.
On deck, Gerry.

Reggie jumps down from the roof, landing swiftly on a crate and runs to the door. They see and take aim at the jaguar person behind the counter and hits with a heavy bolt for 27 damage. They are still standing.
Gerry engages Cloak 3 and hits with the imbued hammer for 16 damage. The cloaked figure is barely standing and bleeding out, but seems to be combat ready.

BENAGOL
Benagol has his jaw open and it takes him some seconds to understnad what's going on: luckily all those shots come from his companions. Then a paladin (if he remembers well his name is Gerry) helps them: it is not clear why, but the fighter has no time for thinking it out: he simply attacks the same foe as Gerry did

assuming, from what DM says, that cloak3 is dead, Benagol still has 1 bonus attack (using feat great weapon master) and the second attacka as normal (tell me if I am wrong).
Beagol turns his wreath upon the cat-man that started all the mess: BUT HE WANTS TO QUESTION HIM: SO HE WILL AIM SURE, BUT IN ORDER NOT TO KILL HIM, JUST KCOKING HIM DOWN
BONUS ATTACK AFTER CLOAK 3 DEAD: WITH GREAT WEAPON FEAT (-5): Attack: 20 Damage: 18
Benagol effortlessly takes down Cloak 3 with their glaive. He then moves on to the jaguar humanoid, not needing to jump on the counter due to his reach! First attack misses, but the second lands dealing 19 damage. They are starting to look worse for wear, but claws and teeth still bear, ready to strike!

Ardeth taken by surprise at the rapid action finally realizes what’s going on.
“What is Thor’s name is going on!” He shouts as he readies himself. Originally thinking there where 4 attackers feeding in though the door, seeing the arrows land against familiar foes, Ardeth prepares himself to attack the shopkeep turned beast.
He casts Guiding Bolt on the abomination, channeling his deity through his shield a bolt of radiant light erupts towards him.

Ardeth blasts the beast for 29 damage! They now glow with a radiant light, making them easier to hit by his party. They look bloodied and rough after a barrage of his, but it is their turn.
The sweet shopkeeper turned beast leaps up onto the counter. He then pounces on top of Ardeth. Ardeth makes a Strength Saving throw 10 vs DC14. Passing the save Ardeth is not knocked to the ground. The jaguarman still bites and claws at him.
