(I am currently working and on my mobile. But to stop any further controversy, I will here are the cliffnotes:
1. Death Saves are not a players "turn" per se.
2. Do to the nature of this format and grouped initiative, it may seem unfair, but yes players may roll for saves, be healed then take their turn. The reasoning is it generally takes a resource from another player to heal them. An actions, spell slots, bonus action, ect...
3. Vander, I owe you an apology as I should have given you your familiar roll. It was the same target and it would have been a completely legal option given to your character. That's on me for being a hardass DM. In recognition of that robbed oppurtunity you may take an Inspiration point (Base rules, advantage on any attack, saving throw, or ability check of your choice.). Advantage for advantage.
I am not perfect, conflicting rulings may happen. If such a case occurs and ends up robbing a player of a rightful oppurtunity, then I will do my best in the given circumstance to amend the situation.
Please understand there is no "right" answer that will satisfy all of you and I'm doing my best to provide as much as a middle ground as possible. 5e was not meant for PvP, especially with grouped player initiative. Things get a little wonky and are hard to apply "balance".
As it is, Latrius and Justines turns stand. Please send any further questions or concerns to me via PM.

Zacazotal let's out a powerful battlecry and the feathered serpent entity begins to go into a rage as it appears to take on a mind of its own as lunges at Xeno again with fangs barred!
He then moves drop the N1 where he drops his macahuitl to draw his Javelin of Lightning. He takes a wide stance and hurls it towards Justine. As the javelin leaves his scaly hand, it takes the form of a streak of lightning in the shape of a howling wolf that charges through Swigg and Latrius! (Unless selecting the wall/space behind Justine is an option. Not sure it that's legal)
Swigg/Latius: Dex Save 13 or take 14 Lightning Damage (half on success)

(This was one of the rulings I've most had an issue with, since this was the way Bdads ran it. Rolling a saving throw is not an action, and should not take up your turn.)
(In fairness, in normal games, the death save IS your turn unless you roll a natural 20 :P. PBP and not following strict initiative just makes it wonkier :D.

(Works for me. Happy to accept the ruling, just wanted to get an official one based on the my earlier experience :p)
(Another question since it doesn't hurt to ask, are you allowed to voluntarily fail a save? Since I was actually wanting to fail the con save for thunder wave in this case...)

(You would also need another concentration check for Latrius's arrow.)
(I think you can voluntarily fail.)
(Waiting to see if I can voluntarily fail before I do that concentration check. If I can, it affects latrius turn and could change the outcome. Cause if I can choose to fail, I get pushed along with you, so you either have disadvantage on the attack, or you have to move away before shooting, which means I get an AoO before your shot, which could potentially put you back down. And either way moves me away from Xeno so I don't have to give him an AoO if I want to go after swigg or you on my turn)

(I would think you'd get pushed the other way, but I could be wrong.)
(Actually, looking at the map again, Xeno is still directly north of me (looks NE on the last map, but I think it's just map wonkiness again), in which case I'm not sure I'd move at all if I failed the roll. So voluntary failing might not help. Would still be good to know for the future though if that's the case)

Zacazotal continues to channel the powers of his people to summon an ethereal attack on Xeno, though crafty as they are Xeno ducks just in time. Then moves to line up three of his foes for a vicious surprise, winding up and with a bellow Zacazotal lets loose his personal lightning strike.

Con save for thunder wave (DC13): 17
Absorb Elements to gain resistance, for a total of 2 damage and +1d6 thunder damage on my next attack.
Concentration for shadow blade from thunder wave damage (DC10): 8
(Use that shiny new inspiration for the concentration save apparently: 7)(Aaaand just remembered bless. The joys of PBP....)
Bless for first concentration save: 3
(Which is enough to pass the check after all, so shouldn't need to use the inspiration)
(Eh... I like using spoilers. I trust the others to not use out of character information in the fight. I'll PM for more important shit)
