With the trouble ahead, Saros needs to close the distance to be within range for spells so he uses his turn to dash 50ft to what would be Y46 and presses himself against the wall (which looks like it should give him some cover) and looks out to assess what they are up against.
He will also give a mental command to Omen to Help any of the grungs or Ghee if they close to melee distance, with Ghee as the priority.
Darrik roars deafeningly, the roar deepening and increasing in volume as he morphs back into Bearrik. His beefy bear legs kick off and an impressive velocity for a creature his size, as he dashes straight towards any enemies.

(@Shadow: Unfortunately, Bearrik cannot dash his full 80 feet without ending in a square already occupied by an ally, so he'll move 65 feet this turn instead.)
Saros and Darrik exchange a look as they see the two crossbow bolts that travelled past Ghee hit the ground in front of them and slide. The wizard runs toward the fight immediately after that, but Darrik takes a moment to transform into a bear first. Though this delays him a bit, Bearrik easily overtakes not only Saros but also Ghee.
While they are still approaching, Gregor rushes forward with a javelin in hand {N-45}. With the momentum he gained, he launches the projectile toward the frogling he is able to see: "You didn't think you could actually go poking around freely, did you?"
His aim is true, but Ang manages to avoid a direct hit in the last minute. piercing the purple grung's right foot. (Ang takes 3 piercing damage, reference.) depending on any reactions taken wink wink...)
In a surprising display of speed, Gregor than rushes back to his previous spot {I-46}.
(@Drache: You have to move to hide again. Enemies won't fall for the old "hide in the same place you just shot from" trick. They'd be expecting you to pop out of that same spot again, so you wouldn't gain advantage from attacking from an unseen position next turn. I'll move Bleep to {U-44} before he hides again.)
Unseen until this point, Bleep pops out of hiding already squeezing his crossbows' trigger. Gregor never sees the bolt until it is already lodged in his chest. Though he does not seem immediately bothered by the poison on the projectile, Gregor is already coughing blood. The bolt may have perforated his lung. By the time he looks at the general direction he thinks the bolt came from, Bleep has already shifted spots. (Gregor takes 19 piercing damage.)
Meanwhile, Ghee steps forward and continues to goad the other attackers. Assuming he was at least successful in attracting the attention of the opposing dwarves, Gheeprepares for another volley of bolts.
(@MB: Ghee can reach as far as {P-45} with his regular move.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
With a javelin in each hand, Cat Keeper takes a few steps forward {K-45}. While still running, she launches her two missiles simultaneously, never giving any indication of which arms she might favor.
Her throws are so powerful that even Ghee can't sway out of the way of both of them. He makes his choice, plucking one javelin out of the air with his free hand and letting the other one hit his shoulder. With that momentum, Ghee spins and returns the javelin, accurately hitting Cat Keeper's own shoulder in response. Each of the monk's shoulder gains a new adornment. (Ghee takes 10 piercing damage; Cat Keeper takes 6 piercing damage; reference.)
The only human in the enemy group, Toothless steps forward with a hammer in his hand {L-44}. Encouraged by his goliath companion, he decides to hurl it at Ghee as well.
Ghee sways into the hammer's trajectory, being hit on the cheek. Satisfied, Toothless takes a step back as to stand side by side with Cat Keeper {L-45}. (Ghee takes 5 piercing damage, depending on reactions...)
Watching the two javelins arc through the air towards him, Ghee positions himself in their path. Knowing he will be struck by one, he judges it worth the risk.
Going off balance at the moment before impact with one of the javelins, Ghee extends a hand...
(1-10 is Javelin 1, 11-20 is Javelin 2. 8)
Damage reduction: 13
Catching the javelin in flight, Ghee takes the momentum of the attack and spinning on the spot, returns the javelin to it's sender.
Attack: 21 Damage: 6)

All is too fast for Ang. Her senses and her mind are usually very sharp, but the stomach aches don’t help and makes her slower to act. Still, she sees the javelin coming at her and moves a few inches at the last second, reducing the impact (Uncanny dodge > 3hp). Rushing across the rock wall, she then moves to the left edge (P39). There, with now a full view on the action, she draws her beloved’s crossbow and shoot the closest target (Tooth I think)
21 (damage 9 sneak 11).
Ang shouts at her companion: “Bleep, target this the lizardfolk grunt together” (master of tactics, giving advantage next attack)
(@Grimnir: I really enjoyed the quick thinking here and the use of your climbing speed to open up the battlefield. Go ahead and add a DM's Inspiration Token to your sheet. At this moment, the closest target is the human, Toothless, and nothing is enabling Sneak Attack this turn. I'll assume you'd still prefer to attack Tooth, the lizardfolk.)
After recovering from the glancing javelin blow, Ang makes good use of her sticky amphibian slime and finger grooves to quickly climb her way onto a thin nearby ledge. She aims her already loaded crossbow at the most monstrous of her foes and pulls the trigger. In an instant, the bolt lodges itself on one of his biceps. (Tooth takes 9 piercing damage.)
Relying on the concentrated fire tactics, Ang then encouragesBleep to also target the lizardfolk.
Not disregarding his injury, Tooth takes a few steps forward {J-44}, and raises a large spiked-shield ahead of him. With his free hand, he throws his own javelin at the enemy targeting him:
The lizardfolk misses his quite diminutive target by a whole yard. After that awful attempt, Tooth moves to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with his companions {K-46}.
NOTES: Notable enemies have been color-coded. Variant "Hitting Cover" rule applies, though I will no longer post cover reminders in the initiative tracker above as it depends on the angle of the incoming attack.
(Khan is up next. As requested, I'll assume she simply keeps moving forward this turn.)
Saros moves up behind Bearick (X45), reaching into his spell components to pull out a pinch of sand, which he tosses toward the group of dwarves, softly chanting what sounds like a disonant lullaby, centering a Sleep spell about 10ft in front of the first dwarf (G46), which affects all within 20ft (impacting 14 worth of HP, lowest to highest), attempting to take some of the dwarves out of the battle (and hopefully they fall from the bridge).
Once the spell is released, he will dart back to his position against the wall, in some sort of cover against missile weapons (at least he thinks so).
OOC: No idea if these are just L0 opponents or hardened fighers...I guess we shall see - spell intended to affect all four of the crossbow wielding dwarves
(@MuggsHill: Oof... That's a pretty low roll. Sorry, buddy.)
Saros cautiously moves forward and attempts to put the miners to sleep. However, the spell is not quite as potent as Saros can usually make it and even though one of the dwarfs seems to get a bit drowsy, none of them succumb to the sand-fueled incantation.
-> I'm putting Saros at {X-46} so that he is in the map. He still gets some cover from there.
Omen flies closer and remain ready to assist Ghee if need be.
His aim would be true once more, were it not for Ang's quick reaction time. The javelin impacts the wall after scratching the purple grung's arm. bit harder this time. (Ang takes 4 piercing damage, reference.)
Darrik will attempt to jump straight over (whichever grung is green grung, B'leep?). If that doesn't work he'll try to climb over instead (bears have a climbing speed). He then dashes straight into melee with the closest enemy, raging as a bonus action.

Ghee's reaction
Listening to the whistle of bolts through the air, Ghee extends a hand and snatches it from the air.
Damage reduction 10
Staring at the bolt for a moment, Ghee tosses it onto the floor.
(OOC Think the dwarves are too far away to return the bolt to them.)
