No, but ask your DM. The unspoken assumption in the combat rules is that getting hit is bad and your character is trying to avoid it. There's no reason the DM couldn't treat you like a paralyzed/unconscious target if you do want to get hit for some reason, but even then an attack roll is still warranted if you're wearing armor.
similarly, you may be able to choose not to resist some spells and thus avoid a save being called for in the first place... but if a save IS called for, you can’t choose to fail it RAW.
I was wondering, can I choose to get hit so that the attacker automatically succeeds?
The funny thing about AC is that it takes in to account a lot of factors such as an attack glancing off your armor or the attacker just having bad aim.
You can not choose for a bad throw to magically curve toward you and then phase through your armor. The rules also assume that you don't want to die, and as such don't offer any official ways to make being killed easier.
That said, if there is some extreme circumstance that makes you want to lean into an attack, the DM could give the attack advantage or modify your AC (in previous editions you have multiple ACs depending on if you were able to actively try to avoid or not), etc. But it would all be house rule.
I asked because I was watching critical role season 2 ep 7 where Beuregard (Marisha's character) falls into the pit.
And I was wondering if I could save someone from similiar situation using warlock's Eldritch invocation called Arms of Hadar, which on hit with Eldritch blast lets me pull the target up to 10 ft. towards me possibly pulling them out of the pit, but that would require hitting the person with it and if it's a tank it can be a bit tricky. Therefore my question.
I guess it might not be the same situation because if you're falling you can't really jump or shift your body into the beam to help but otherwise if someone wants to get hit I think it should at least give me advantage on the attack.
But yeah thanks for replies guys. As always if the rules don't say no, it's up to DM.

That's a clever use of a spell to rescue someone.
Sure, it does some damage to them at the same time, but that seems a very warlocky think to do. :-)

That's prime rule of cool material. Nice thinking there.
Whenever I've seen someone who wants to get hit, they say "I close my eyes." Since blindness confers advantage to attackers, everyone should at least be able to do that.
AC assumes you don't want to be hit. But as a DM, if a player wanted to kill themselves, I'd let them fail saves purposefully and simply not dodge (Which would remove the DEX modifier from the AC)
You cant, even unconscious is not automatic hit but advantage. A creature that want to get hit can always grant advantage by say closing it's eyes to get blinded
Considering you keep your Dex-based AC bonuses while unconscious, 5E clearly thinks that dexterity is not a matter of consent or intent.
It's less that and more the devs considering advantage a decent enough approximation to warrant not slowing down the game with multiple ACs. I preferred the old approach but advantage does streamline things quite a bit and I'm guessing it did better in playtesting.

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.

Unlike choosing to let someone hit you, giving someone advantage on an attack against you is probably as simple as closing your eyes.
