I was wondering if there was anyone who would like to help make a homebrew class of paladin that doesn't have an oath and is primarily an unarmed fighter but can use weapons depending on the situation an example of how he would be is that he would be like all might from my hero academia. But to discuss further details I would appreciate it if you message me through discord. I wish I could do this by myself but while I have a great imagination I have a hard time creating balanced mechanics and I am busy most weeks. another issue I have is that I want my class to have good spells but i don't know if I should create the class to have a large variety of spells on his own or if i should create a homebrew sorcerer class for him to multiclass into. I know this is a lot of work but I would really appreciate the help, i would be willing to pay if that is what it takes.
You want to create a super strong unarmed fighter (akin to All Might) who also has a large variety of powerful spells akin to a Sorcerer, even without specifics that basically throws balance out of the window. With that in mind either create it however you want and see if someone will let you play it or tone down your idea to something that is less "I want to be a super strong martial fighter who also has large spellcasting strength and variety".
I recommend just doing it and create the class first. There is no need to worry about balance at this stage.
Once you are done making it, then I would share it and ask for feedback on the forums here, on Reddit, and/or anywhere else. After you get your feedback, that is the stage where you try to balance things and tune things down. And once you are done tuning it, then you share and ask for feed back again, and rinse and repeat until you feel satisfied that it is balanced enough.
It is not up to us to question how they want to design a paladin. I do not barge into your table and question how you run your games. Neither should we barge into other tables and demand that they must homebrew D&D a certain way.
A paladin without an oath is a paladin freed from the evils and tyranny of role play and tradition.
An artificer without infusions is freed from the back breaking toil of a dystopian arcane sweatshop.
The basic idea is that they believe in something so strongly that it empowers them. If not their Oath, where does the power come from? Can you believe in yourself strongly enough to give yourself powers? I'd hardly think so. It would require unwavering dedication, (That's a specialty of Lawful alignments) and the moment you lost focus you'd lose your powers. Then, just like those old school Paladins, they turn into a Fighter. That's not so terrible, Fighters are pretty cool, but usually people pick Paladins in the first place because they like the powers associated with the class.
What's the point of having a paladin if it doesn't have an oath? What's next? An artificer who doesn't have infusions?
Please keep criticism constructive.
OP wished to create a new type of Paladin. There could be any number of reasons why this new class does not require an Oath to manifest their abilities. One should look at this from a perspective where this Paladin and the old Paladin may not be the same thing. OP had stated they had a concept in mind, but simply needed help with mechanics and balance.

I don’t discord, so I cannot hit you up there, but I can help. First thoughts, give them Martial Arts, but don’t give them Ki or “oath spells.” Instead give them Ki-style features that take the place of oath spells and spell slots can be spent to fuel them. Kinda like Smite, but a variety of effects, like a “Stunning Smite.” So like the regular Divine Smite, but instead of radiant it it does psychic damage, and instead of adding the extra die it stuns. Or if you are gonna use spells pick ones that mimic Monk features, like Feather Fall, or comprehend languages, and tongues for Tongue of the Sun and Moon, stuff like that. You could maybe add Magic Weapon to represent Ki Empowered strikes.
Then instead of “Channel Divinity,” give them “Channel Ki” features.
