its just such an interesting world! I think they would have to make a new witch class but then again wizard could also just work fine. The races could be Witch and Demon, and SO MANY monster statblocks would be so interesting. From the puppeteer guy in the second episode, owl beasts, and so many more fun monsters. Not to mention the coolest boss monsters ever, like Emperor Belos or maybe an Emperor’s coven captain (Lilith or Kikimora) and a juvenile Titan and maybe even the collector (although possibly just in their depowered state, in their full power they single handedly fought the entirety of the Island without even trying. Like just them being there caused an apocalypse) and tons of new subclasses! The rune mage Wizard, the Emperor’s coven Paladin, the Titan’s Blood Sorcerer (my own idea, kinda like Titan Luz) and maybe a pact of the Archivist Warlock or Collector’s domain Cleric. OH AND WITCH HUNTER FIGHTER/PALADIN/MAYBE ROGUE. If belos used a character sheet he would be a mix of witch hunter and pact of the Archivist.
OH and another race idea: Grimwalker.
Agreed, that would be awesome.

Unrelenting. Unrath can use his bonus action to move towards and attack the nearest enemy creature.
Enraged howl. As an action, Unrath releases his rage through an impossibly loud howl. All creatures in a 30-foot cone originating from Unrath must succeed a DC 15 CON save or be stunned for 5 rounds.
Actions
Multi-attack. Unrath makes 4 attacks.
Horn of Yeenoghu.Spear Attack: +11 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 40 (6d10 + 5) Piercing damage.
Reactions
Enraged strike. As a reaction to taking 10 or more damage from a single attack, Unrath makes a melee attack
Legendary Actions
Unrath can take 3 legendary actions at the end of another creature's turn. He regenerates actions at the start of his turn.
Attack (Costs 1 Action). Unrath makes a melee attack.
Charge (Costs 2 Actions). Unrath moves his full move towards the nearest enemy creature and attacks that creature once.
Mythic Actions
Unrath can make 1 mythic action in each combat. He regains spent actions after he kills a creature of CR 15 or higher or a level 18 or higher player.
Spirit of Yeenoghu (Costs 1 Action). When he dies, Unrath calls upon Yeenoghu, who imparts a portion of his spirit into Unrath, reviving him at full HP and giving him a +5 bonus to all rolls he makes for 1 hour afterwards.
Description
The Terror of the High Forest. The Doom of Secomber. The Ghastly Ravager. Unrath has many titles, and is famed for many horrific events, but he doesn't care. As long as he does the work of Yeenoghu, and carries a sizeable amount of other gnolls to help him, he is as happy as a 7-foot tall mutated gnoll can be.
Lair and Lair Actions
Unrath's lair is a deep cave decorated with bones and teeming with hyenas swelled with Yeenoghu's power.
Lair Actions
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), Unrath takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; Unrath can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
Unrath causes an explosion within 50 feet of him, dealing 4d12 bludgeoning damage to any creature inside a 30-foot sphere centred on the point Unrath chose.
Unrath calls a group of gnoll fangs of Yeenoghu to assist him. 5 gnoll fangs of Yeenoghu appear within 30 feet of Unrath but not within 5 feet of any enemy creature.
Regional Effects
The region containing Unrath's lair is under the influence of Yeenoghu, which creates one or more of the following effects:
Any Hyenas in the area have their HP doubled, gain a +8 on their melee attacks, become Large, and have their speed increased by 10.
The ground becomes smothered with creeping vines and brambles, which count as difficult terrain.
Within 10 days, the area is covered in a thick, unnatural forest. Rangers who's favourite terrain is Forest do not gain any bonus's travelling inside this forest.
If Unrath dies, these effects fade over the course of 10 days.

Cool, I like the lair actions. But just some things, enraged howl should be in the actions section, and besides enraged howl, there isn’t much this monster can do besides Horn of Yeenoghu. So I have some possible ideas, look at the Flind or Yeenoghu statblocks and I think it would be cool if the Horn dealt some of the effects Yeenoghu’s flail did. But otherwise, nice monster!

Sweet Tooth has an incredible world that would be fun to play in. Avatar the Last Airbender does to but it already has its own RPG system. An X-files game would be really fun and it could be cool to see a Hellboy BPRD RPG.
There is a small publishing company called Rabbit Room that has some great fantasy stories that I grew up with. Andrew Peterson, N. D. Wilson, Jennifer Trafton, Helena Sorensen, Jonothan Rogers, etc. have all published books with Rabbit Room. N. D. Wilson wrote a dimension spanning series called 100 Cupboards about traveling between worlds through wooden cabinets and in an anthology of short stories several of the authors all linked their own world's together through his magic system. It would be cool if they made an TTRPG system that could be used in each of their different worlds but since their worlds are all canonically connected plane trotting would be possible. This would include The Wingfeather Saga (an epic fantasy world), Ashtown Burials/100 Cupboards/Boys of Blur (sick urban fantasy with some horror elements), The Rise and Fall of Mount Magestic (a whimsical world of wonder), the Wilderking Trilogy (a mixture of Mark Twain and C. S. Lewis), the Door on Half-Bald Hill (A grimdark story set in a dying world heavily based on Scottish folklore), and more. I know this is just wishful thinking, but it sure would be cool.
Is there a book, movie, TV, etc., series that you wish D&D could get a license for, so you could play a table top version of it?
And feel free to list multiple (and mix it up? Got a book, and some TV shows, put it down!)
No, for two main reasons:
Any IP I like enough to want to experience as a TTRPG I would prefer not be implemented using D&D’s mechanics. I will always have a fondness for D&D as it was the first TTRPG I ever played. That being said, I honestly think the mechanics are, shall we say “not a good fit” for pretty much anything else.
Any IP I like enough to want to experience as a TTRPG I abso-effing-lutely do not want WotC gaining exclusive rights to. Hells to the no.
Is there a book, movie, TV, etc., series that you wish D&D could get a license for, so you could play a table top version of it?

I mostly agree with Sposta. But I'd be happy to see an adaptation of the world from Monstress. I would also like to see a good pulp horror RPG. I haven't looked too hard, though.
Below the Astral Plane is the Fortatio (Formam, Latin for Form, and Cogitatio, Latin for Thought) space, also known as the plane of thought. It is the physical embodiment of every creatures thoughts, and tends to change form when a majority of beings share the same belief. Similar to the astral plane, you cannot age here, but prolonged exposure can either drive a man insane, or give them Psionic abilities, such as telekinesis and mind reading.
I come with a question for experienced GMs and 3PP lovers. I’ve (somewhat) recently become obsessed with nautical adventures and underwater worldbuilding, and my creativity has been stretched to its limit in that regard. For this reason I’ve become increasingly interested in books and related media from which I can draw inspiration, such as the PotC movies and Jules Verne’s 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.
In my search for ideas, I’ve encountered a few DMsGuild supplements on the subject that greatly interest me, namely Underwater Campaigns and Call from the Deep. These two books are available in both PDF form and Print-on-Demand. I prefer to avoid digital formats in my reading, in part because I’m easily distractible and the online world only exacerbates the issue. And so my question is:
Can anyone vouch for the reliability and quality of PoD books from the DMsGuild and DTRPG?
I’ve heard good things, but I’ve also read many horror stories about books falling apart after only a few weeks of use. Are these isolated incidents, or would I be wise to avoid PoD entirely?
If anyone could share their experiences with these sites, it’d be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well, as Sposta said, I don't want WOTC to get any of my favorite things. But, if one of the awesome amazing third party creators I like (Hit point press, kobold press), would want to do a supplement or even a whole system for one of the following, I would be very happy.
As Arch said, OWL HOUSE! I'm rewatching the series, and the main character is so dorky and awkward! Oh my gosh I'm watching right now and the main character and their love interest are so cute together! Guess I'm feeling gushy today.
I need a Shadow and Bone RPG based on the book series. I need it now.
I thought I had more, but that's really it.

Caves of Qud. There are so many cool enemies (some of which I've already homebrewed), plus for it to be a functional TTRPG there would have to be extra lore provided, and I would do anything for more Qud lore.

Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.

Ok, so, I meant for my thousandth post to be here, to celebrate because it feels like a milestone to me, even though there are people with many times that. But, I didn't check my post count, and now I'm 16 over. Whoops. Well, happy thousandth post to me.
Question Of The Day: What's the reasoning behind your location on your profile?
I don't think this one has been done before, which is a rare occurence nowadays. Mine is a vaguely defined location in my homebrew world that I thought sounded cool, followed by the time zone I am in.
Agreed, that would be awesome.

I mostly agree with Sposta. But I'd be happy to see an adaptation of the world from Monstress. I would also like to see a good pulp horror RPG. I haven't looked too hard, though.

Let’s make the plane map 3-D.

Beloved thread,
I come with a question for experienced GMs and 3PP lovers.

I thought I had more, but that's really it.

Caves of Qud. There are so many cool enemies (some of which I've already homebrewed), plus for it to be a functional TTRPG there would have to be extra lore provided, and I would do anything for more Qud lore.
Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny.

Ok, so, I meant for my thousandth post to be here, to celebrate because it feels like a milestone to me, even though there are people with many times that. But, I didn't check my post count, and now I'm 16 over. Whoops. Well, happy thousandth post to me.
I don't think this one has been done before, which is a rare occurence nowadays. Mine is a vaguely defined location in my homebrew world that I thought sounded cool, followed by the time zone I am in.
