Nibelungen are a playable Dwarven subrace. They are required to talk like the Nords from Skyrim.
Racial trait: Curse of Alberich Every in-game midnight, the player must roll a d20 without modifiers. On a 1, the player rolls a d6. On a 1, the player rolls a d4.
On a 1, the character loses 3d12 gold coins or monetary equivalent to another character of the DM's choice. If the player has less than the amount rolled, nothing happens.
On a 2, the character lose a magical item of the DM's choice to another character of the DM's choice. Nothing happens if the character has no magical items.
On a 3, the character loses a non-magical item of the DM's choice to another character of the DM's choice. Nothing happens if the character has no non-magical items. (Non-magical clothes are still considered non-magical items.)
On a 4, nothing happens.
The transfer is instant and requires a passive perception of 25 each (yes 25 - even it's the last stitch of clothing) to notice by the original possessor and by the destination possessor.
The lost item (not money) becomes Cursed and Immune to all Damage types. The Curse causes the Temporary Madness effect upon Evil characters aware of the item's location upon a failed DC WIS of 15. The check must be made every 24 hours that the Evil characters are aware of the item's location. The characters affected by the Madness effect are also compelled to acquire the item by any means necessary.
Possession of the Cursed item causes a loss of the Charisma stat by 1 for each month held by the character. When Charisma reaches 0, the character is turned into a Young Red Dragon with a -7 to all 6 stats from the standard Monster stat block. In this state, the character will not age. While Cursed, the item will not be removable from the character except by the character's death.
Remove Curse or Wish can release the possessor of the Curse without killing the character, but the item will remained Cursed until it is returned to the place where the item was made.
Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.
Electrodes are placed on the players' arm (left or right), and as their characters take damage, they receive a shock based on the inverse of how much HP remains.
Each shock is a percentage of the maximum capable by the shocking device based on [maxHP]/([remainingHP after damage]+[maxHP]) TempHP doesn't change the maxHP value, but makes the shock effect lesser than 50% if the remaining HP is over the maxHP. At 0 HP, the shock is 100%. Subsequent damage to a character with 0 HP is still 100%.
The DM's characters are played likewise for the DM.⚡

Oh yeah, this would be great for in-person games with too much junk food, greasy pizza, and beer in the stomach.

Bard is a subclass of Barbarian. If a Barbarian chooses this subclass, their alignment changes to chaotic evil and they must be referred to as 'the Bardbarian' from then on.
That's only for the Mǎmiàn player race (and they don't have to be a bard - just using a bludgeoning weapon... and a simple mask and a cape). Nobody else may Kabong.

Any campaign with even one Nibelungen character (player or NPC) must be played in continuous 14 hour sessions, completely sung by all participants in-character and out-of-character, and feature insanely coincidental incest (in-game only).

Niebelungen c.f "The Niebelungenleid" (literally the fog or darkness dwellers) should be persistently the center of a fog cloud spell.

Give her a pistol and she can play Cows With Guns.
