Late to the party on empathetic mind, but the second bullet point is already something you can do. As an action, any character can make an Insight check to gauge someone's emotions. Whether or not that check is opposed with deception is a DM call, but often it's just a check against a flat DC, which is probably easier in most cases. So all you're really granting there is advantage on the check.
I think it would fit in much more with 5e design if you just gave expertise with Insight, or perhaps advantage when you're using Insight to gauge emotion.
The 4e stuff is interesting. I probably would have called it something like "adding combat roles to monsters" because people are generally a lot more receptive to 4e design ideas when they are not actually billed as coming from 4e. I'm not sure you really need a CR adjustment since they all have a downside. The other thing I'd add is that the lurker damage bonus should scale. Most of your other changes either auto-scale (hit dice) or things that aren't supposed to scale (AC, speed). A high level lurker should be rolling rogue-tier numbers of dice.
The first monster in a series based off the plane of limbo. Limbo attracts all those who rebel, and who claim their lives for themselves, and some come here to harness its powers. Protecting their minds from outside influence, and create blasts of power chaos.

The reaction needs a trigger and you need to work on the formatting, but otherwise its cool. I like limbo.

I’m a hobbit, and the master cranial imploder of the "Oops, I Accidently Destroyed Someone's Brain" cult. Extended sig. I'm actually in Limbo, it says I'm in Mechanus because that's where I get my WiFi from. Please don't tell the modrons, they're still angry from the 'Spawning Stone' fiasco. No connection to Dragonslayer8 other than knowing them in real life.

Goddamit, I put a bonus action in the reaction section again, I'll fix it later today.

I mean that the name isn't italic and is a line above the trait itself.
The monster looks, strong. Also, it doesn't have a shortsword attack.

Ahh cool.
It's primary attack deals 3 damage (not a lot for a cr 1 creature), also oops.
Yes, but it has three a turn, a great crit range and an extra (and powerful) effect on a crit. Plus it will likely have minions and potions. I’m no balancing expert, but it looks strong for its CR.

If I reduced the crit range from 18-20, to 19-20 and change the paralyzation to poison, would that be balancing. For the potions, I feel likes that's not a problem unless they have an action to spare.

Now with weaker protect the flock, removed wild strikes (sort of), and 40ft speed. Plus improved farm folk, very lightly buffed wild folk, and a new subrace.
I would recommend changing “ignore the effects of the charmed or frightened action.” to “you have immunity to the charmed and frightened conditions.”
It seems to be a situational feat that’s really strong in the right situation and rather weak otherwise because it uses an action, which means you won’t really be able to do much do anything for the rest of the turn. If it was for Pathfinder 2e it could work great (it could take two actions, which would still allow you to attack or walk around but probably not cast a spell), but it’s just to situational in this system.
EDIT: Not saying it’s a bad feat, just that it’s uses are limited.
