So yesterday I helped a friend set up an account here on DnDBeyond as he will be joining a campaign I'll launch by the end of January, because of this he screen-shared with me on Discord so I could run him trough the entire process of character creation. Naturally he joined my campaign with a blank character to get access to all the books I share in said campaign and following that; I told him to "Enable Homebrew content" as I am going to make a decent chunk of general items and magical items which players only can add if homebrew is turned on, yet once he moved on to picking a race for his character, I spotted a whole lot of other player races that is homebrewed that are not mine.
I reached the logical conclusion that these are other's homebrew creations (<- This in part thanks to help I got from some kind spirited users here on DnDBeyond who helped me figure out why my Wizard had access to some non-Wizard spells) and after realizing that; I went on to try and find a way to enable so that only MY Homebrew stuff is shared in my campaign, not "everyone who is just in it as a player" as well, and after looking far and wide in what options I have and running into some Forum threads that did not really address this issue (Perhaps my searching just was not thorough enough so if this topic already is covered elsewhere, I'm sorry and any admin can just nuke this post from orbit) I ended up with no way to solve this.
So here I am now, wondering if anyone can tell me where to go or what must be done so that only my Homebrew is shared in my campaign? It seems a bit "odd" to me that "The homebrew if ANYONE that joins is auto-shared" so I figured there should be a way to disable this? But I have not yet found a way to do that so if anyone has the answer / trick to this; I'd very much appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction to make sure that just mine / The DM's homebrew content is shared.
The only solution is to have all of your players remove all of their homebrews from their “Collections.” Anything they have created will stay in their “creations” and can be added back to their collection at any time. Anything they have added to their collections from publicly homebrew will have to be added back individually if they wish. That’s the only option currently.

If that person still has a subscription, they can re-add published homebrew from the community.
It's a big ask to say to people in your campaign to turn off all of their other homebrew. Like I'd be "Yeah, right. Not".
You could tell your players that this campaign's character needs to have the homebrew switch off. As DM you can go into their sheet and turn it on when you want to add something you want. Then just turn the homebrew switch off when you're done.
There's also the "Because I'm the DM and I said so" rule that lets you tell a player to cut that shit out at your table. But I am not going to be removing Blackstaff's Book of 1000 Spells from my homebrew collection anytime soon.
Thanks for both the quick replies - Given the two options at hand: I'll just make sure that I am clear on which of my Homebrew Races and items is allowed (As I currently have no spells of my own) - I was already going to make it a habit to check character sheets before each session, and now that habit will just hold more ground.

I always check my players sheet before a session, just to remind myself where they're at.
What I do to help is start all my personal Creations with the name of my world. Example "Maroza Divine Soul Sorcerer" is one of my home brewed subclasses with spell points. I used to have it labeled spell point but changed it so I could tell my players anything homebrew with the world name as the start is available at character creation. That's about as close to a "folder" system for homebrew as we got.
I agree with all of this. It is so frustrating that you can’t restrict homebrew to “DM” only. I would think it a simple thing to develop, but what do I know.
Curious about Blackstaff's book of 1000 spells. I couldn't find a homebrew collection of already created spells, is there a way to share them to the community or is it blocked somehow? our DM is using it on FantasyGrounds, and it would be nice to add the lot of those spells if it is already created to my dndbeyond account :) thank you,
