Feeling a surge of adrenaline, Ghee's eyes flash open. For a moment he wonders why everything is sideways. Taking a breath, the taste of burnt hair quickly reminds him.
Pushing to his feet, he pulls his decanter out and holds it in front of him, pointing it's spout towards the skulls. "Ah got somethin' fer ye wee flamy bampots. Dae ye want a drink?"
Pushing past the others in front of him on the corridor, Ghee breathes the command word to the decanter unleashing a geyser of water down the corridor.
(OOC The decanter produces 30 gallons of water that gushes forth in a geyser 30 feet long and 1 foot wide. As a bonus action while holding the decanter, you can aim the geyser at a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. The target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or take 1d4 bludgeoning damage and fall prone. Instead of a creature, you can target an object that isn't being worn or carried and that weighs no more than 200 pounds. The object is either knocked over or pushed up to 15 feet away from you.... Hoping that the stream of water can hit all four flaming skulls and that the fire on the skulls is pretty essential to their well-being and not a magical affectation. Besides I can't go through this game without trying this at least once. If not now, when?)
(@MB: Rising from a prone position is just 5ft of movement for Ghee, right? Also, a reminder that their saving throws will go into the Game Log.)
Suddenly awake, Ghee springs upward and moves to the front of the line {BK-9}. Thinking he has just the right tool to fight fire, he prepares his Decanter of Endless Water and shoots a thin geyser out of it. The jet is too strong for the floating tiny enemies, and each of them is blasted with a momentary shot of water. (Each Flameskull takes 4 bludgeoning damage.)
Ghee's hopes that the skulls would fall off the air goes unanswered. Although they were pushed back a bit (let's say 5ft), they never looked like they were about to lose their ability to stay afloat. Similarly, the magical fire that surrounds each skull remains unaffected by the geyser. Fortunately, the water does douse a portion of the flames climbing the walls, furniture, and paintings. Well, at least until the skull produce more flame again.
Ang activates her Ring of Invisibility for the first time and disappears from sight. No one else in the party notices when the purple grung makes her way into Celest's room {BJ-3}.
Noticing that everyone has left the room but still dutifully following his orders, Bloop stows his bow, grabs Blip, and dashes into the hall {BM-6}. Spotting Khan up the wall, he asks in their native language: "All windows are blocked. Should I follow the others into the room up ahead? Is the exit that way?"
It took Khan a moment to answer as most of her focus seemed split between trying to pat out any lingering fire and keeping her footing least she collapse at any second. After which, she looks sharply between B'loop and the still floating about skulls, then to Ghee hiding none of her displeasure or anger in the moment. Yet without a word to either party at first, she hops into place to grab Bloop, and then finally says in their native tongue: "We follow the others. The way is blocked, but not nearly so bad. Act quickly to remove the barricade before the foolishness of some ends us all, and hold on tight to your brother."
A second more is spared to give B'loop time enough to tightens his hold on B'lip just in advance of her pulling the duo along and as close to the barricade as possible. Then she storms her way over to the door, looks one last time grim faced at those still out in the hallway, and slams the door shut for now before slowly back away. "Saros! Draw alter fate, yes? Then draw, or Khan draw, if not can save others."
Movement: To BL-6.
Action: Grab B'loop?
Bonus Action/Movement(remaining): To Step of the Wind to Bi-5 (moving B'loop and B'lip as close to barricaded window as possible).
Free Action/Movement(remaining): Close enough to Celeste's Door to close it, separating everyone in Celeste's room(herself included) from Skull Hallway.
(If grabbing B'loop does not cost an action, she'd have at least shot at the most weakened skull, shield or no shield before doing the above. Here are the rolls:)
[Lethal, Short Range]Slingshot - Attack: 12 Damage: 9 piercing at closest injured skelly head. [Lethal, Short Range]Slingshot - Attack: 23 Damage: 7 piercing at closest injured skelly head.

(@Ori: Because you are effectively moving three creatures, I'll say that grabbing and making sure they are dragged along with you does indeed cost you an action.)
Noting that Saros' plan is taking shape, Khandrags Bloop and Blip into Celest's room. While the orange grung holds the door shut, she orders her subordinates to help moving the barricade away from the busted window. She also encourages Saros to make use of the Deck of Many Things.
Finally snapping to it, Celest stands up. She wants to follow Saros' order to move the furniture around but, noticing the many strong adventurers now in her room, she realizes that she is the least capable of being helpful when engaging in this specific task. Instead, she cowers next to Gnator and begins complaining about an intensifying headache brought about the stress of the current situation.
Not liking being attacked by the geyser of water one bit, most of the floating skulls take a defensive maneuver by casting Blur on themselves. Their images become blurred, shifting and wavering midair.
The one skull that does not look blurred, the second one in the row, chooses to do quite the opposite. It casts its most offensive spell, Fireball. It does so in a careless manner, such that the explosion also engulfs them. It does not seem to have any effect on them, however.
-> Ghee's DEX saving throw {DC 13}: Fail (Ghee takes 27 fire damage and is now unconscious, incapacitated, and prone);
The explosion brings down a weakened Ghee once again. Despite being severely burned, Darrik manages to withstand the fireball. This time, Celest's room's door and outer walls are not spared. The plaster is melting and the wooden framing underneath catches on fire. The wooden door has splintered in places and is also aflame. Khan can feel it coming off its hinges and might not be able to hold on to it much longer. Given these conditions, the group in Celest's chamber (at lease those with passive investigation of 11 or higher) also gauge that those inside the room might not be sparred from the next fireball.
Gnator's muscles are puny, but he is a servent at heart. This gnome has learned to follow orders without question and, as such, moves closer to the barricade in order to offer whatever help he can in moving the heavy piece of furniture out of the way.
(Saros and Darrik are up next. Darrik is in the hall with and unconsciousGhee and the skull. Everyone else is in Celest's room.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Right......
Saros leans around the door and casts the only real spell at his disposal Toll the Dead at the nearest of the skulls (WIS 15 or take 10 damage), then calls out to those in the hallway, "Get in the room and get that door closed and barricaded with the mattress if you can, we need a bit of time to clear the window" after which he will move over the window in cover if possible (eg BH3 - behind furniture) so as to limit the chance of being targeted by one of the skulls.

Saros then tells Darrik to hurry into the room and help barricade the door. The gnome himself moves toward the far corner, hoping to get some additional protection from the next explosion.

Darrik drags Ghee's limp body behind him while simultaneously reaching for the Potion of Healing (Greater)Ghee received the night before. He force-feeds it to his fellow dwarf and then begins to transform (Ghee heals for 13 HP but remains prone.)
The damaged, melting, aflame walls of the narrow hall begin to give way as Darrik's form enlarges. The Giant Hyena's fur and skin brush against the flames, dealing some damage to the transformed druid (this damage is recurring as long as the Large creature is mechanically squeezed in the hall.)

Despite relying mostly on his dexterous thieving fingers when adventuring, Cawkrin Jones has a bit of muscles on him. It is one of the many advantages of being an unusually tall Kenku, apparently. Trusting Saros and noticing that the dwarves have to still make their way into the room, Cawkrin volunteers to try moving the heavy armoire blocking the window. Gnator has been ready to offer whatever meager help he can.
Doubting his luck would allow him to face down a third fireball without it being the final time Ghee pats the haunches of Hyarrik to let him know he's no longer behind him.
Backing into Celest's room, Ghee sees Cawkrin attempting to shift furniture to create an escape route, putting his own shoulder to furniture, he gives a heave.
Ang approaches the broken window and attaches her 50 feet long rope to some stable anchor. She throws the rope down and shouts "Quick this way, through the window and we flee. This is not our place, we don't need to defend it. Time to move" Ang then moves out through the window frame (bonus action dash if necessary) and climb on the wall, placing herself out of reach of any possible fireballs.
Ghee leaves Darrik to keep the skulls busy and enters the soon to be burned down room after Khan let's him past the door. Still remembering what Saros had yelled and witnessing the tail end of Gnator's and Cawkrin's failure to move the armoire, Ghee tries to lend them some additional muscle. Falling unconscious twice over the span of a dozen seconds comes with a price, and the albino dwarf fails to impress with his display of strength.
Appropriately dealing with the urgency of the situation, Bleep puts his new robe to a good use. He promptly destroys enough of the piece of furniture that a path to the busted window is created. In the background, Celest screams in fear of the additional destruction and loud noises. Some climbing over the debris will be needed, but a path is now visible.
Ang wastes no time in unfurling her length of rope and attaching it to the twisted metal barring, judging it to hold longer than the wooden framing. After telling everyone to engage their flight sense instead of their fight one, she leads the way by being the first one to rappel her way down. She reaches the courtyard safely, looking up to see a fiery inferno building up.
Bloop interprets Ang's words as an order from his senior officer and promptly begins to descend the rope. Doing so while carrying Blip requires all of his focus and effort, but his ability to naturally climb structures also comes in handy. Bloop and Blip are now outside the manor, in the relative safety of the courtyard.
(OOC: Those with no climbing speed will need to roll either an athletics- or acrobatics-based climbing check. Keep in mind that would also apply to the NPCs, regardless of how fragile they may be. Also, plan to budget for 40ft worth of movement when climbing down, or you may have to drop and take some fall damage for part of the climb.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Saros waits his turn, tossing the deck of cards out the window (free action) "Here - in case things get worse"
Being already at the window he uses dash to uplift his movement rate, forgoing his action in the hope that he manages to climb down the rope without slipping, calling out to Bloop and Blip to try to catch Gnator and Celest should they slip while climbing (hopefully Celest might get advantage given she has already escaped out the window before).
As he climbs out the window he yells to Darrik - "Close the door on the way back in (assuming that those coming and going close it as Saros instructed previously to protect those in the room) - make them break it down - we need a bit of time"
Seeing as Saros ignored her "request" in favor of magically blasting the skulls, Khan abandons further entreaties in favor of getting to the new opening. She stops half-way there to look at Celest, if but for a moment, before simply shaking her head and looking at the others. Assuming B'leep hadn't already made his way out after blasting a hole, Khan makes her way over to Ghee with every intention of practically yeeting the dwarf out the window.
Her only warning just moments before grabbing him in the first being, "Don't resist!" With B'leep(or Cawkrins, as the case may be), she acts with more care by saying, "Khan getting you out. Hold on tight if can.", before either tucking them over or under her shoulder as the case may be, and begin the descent down the building. In the event after ALL of that, she comes short at least 15 to 20 feet, then she croaks out again to "Hold on!"before letting go and using some of her training to slow their descent or hit the ground rolling to safety.
Action:Attack, replacing both attacks to grapple a creature. #1 Grapple(if necessary): 5 on Ghee. If "successful" moving Ghee out of window and 'dropping' him out.
#2 Grapple for B'leep(if still in room), Cawkrins(if not): 14. If "successful" carrying him out and climbing down with natural climb speed.
