Some comments: (1) check with your DM before attempting coffeelocking, many (most?) will simply tell you: no. Because it is their job to ensure the game is fun for everyone, and one player having unlimited spell slots is not fun for everyone else at the table.
(2) Warforged do need to long rest, all PC species require long rests.
(3) Empowered spell is a poor choice, you won't be casting many spells involving rolling a large number of dice for damage so you won't really be able to use Empowered spell very effectively. Sorcerer-Warlock is all about spamming EB, which involves only 1 damage die.
(4) You build choices aren't very good. Again Sorlock is all about spamming EB twice per turn using Quicken Spell for an excessive number of attacks, so you want spells that buff your EB - mainly: Hex. And you need Invocations that buff EB as well, namely: Agonizing Blast. You son't need any other single-target damage spell, so drop Magic Missile and pick up something that gives you other stuff you can do - e.g. Misty Step for teleportation or Shatter for AoE damage or Spiritual Weapon for when you want to weaponize your bonus action without eating through your sorcery points.
(5) Your spell choices are sub-optimal, Healing Word is better than Cure Wounds, Prayer of Healing is very niche as if you have time to cast it generally you have time to take a short rest. Armour of Agathys requires you to be in melee with enemies to be used effectively and with your low HP and low AC this character doesn't want to be in melee with enemies, Charm Person is usually a bad choice since you can achieve much the same thing with a good Persuasion check and that doesn't cause the target to be hostile or risk guards throwing you in jail.
I am curious about Warlocks (wish they had them when I played 1E before I dropped out to raise a family and now getting back in), so I was drawn to this post. I never heard of "Warforged from Wayfinder's Guide to Eberon" so I looked it up. I have some questions.
Based on what i read, as a Warforged is a race of robot/construct like beings, how can they be born/imbued/etc. to be a sorcerer? Along those same lines, why would a powerful fiend want to give a Warforged being powers? It seems the world is set up different so would fiends even have typical access? What is that particular Fiends end game to create a warlock of a warforged being?
In addition, there is a feature, (forgot the name) that says they do not need sleep, but they spend 6 hours of inactivity and are conscious during a long rest. So it appears that Warforged get long rests, but are not eligible to get a short rest.
If your DM is allowing you to use that version of Warforged, they're far more generous than I would be already. That was a playtest version and isn't allowed in any sort of official play. I'm fine with playtest stuff that never got a final version being presented for approval, but one that was blatantly replaced? Yeaaah... No.
That said: As was mentioned above, make sure your DM knows exactly what you're trying to do and is fine with it, or you're going to be in for a rude awakening. They 100% have the right to say "no, you can't do that" to such a build.
It's mostly fine as long as the rest of the party needs long rests. Go ahead and do your thing, but everybody else is going to sit still for 8 hours while you keep watch since you don't need to rest.

You don't need to sleep and don't suffer the effects of exhaustion due to lack of rest, and magic can’t put you to sleep.
I am not sure if that line circumvents the long rest requirement to reset/change magic "???" after a long rest. Even in RAW, that sentence reads as physical endurance, it does not appear to prevent the need/requirement of Long Rest "resets" for magic.

That just lets them short rest 8 times.

DM permitting. A short rest is at least 1 hour. At my table this would be an 8-hour short rest.
But at my table, converting pact spells into sorcerer slots would be considered stealing your patron's power, which is granted through specific terms, for your own unrestricted use. So coffeelocks aren't going to last more than 1-2 sessions anyway.

And?
What was your original point?
It doesn't matter if the PC can recharge everything on a short rest if the rest of the party needs a long rest. Go ahead and short rest several times, the party isn't moving.
If a PC in my game decided this would be a good time to lone wolf, then they would just have to deal with the consequences.

You are misunderstanding how a coffeelock works. Sorcerers are able to turn spell slots into sorcery points and turn those sorcery points into temporary spell slots that last until you long rest. Warlocks get spell slots back every short rest. Therefore, every short rest you are able to turn your warlock spell slots into sorcerer spell slots that last until you long rest, which you ideally never do. 8 short rests gives them many spell slots.
Hello! This is my 5th level coffeelock build. Please tell me if anything needs to be better or revised
Warforged from Wayfinder's Guide to Eberon to not need to
sleeplong rest or a TieflingWarlock: 2 Levels
Sorcerer: 3 Levels
Backround Sailor
Any questions, comments, or suggestions?
Just to confirm, this is for the 2014 rules, right?

That's why they specified the version from Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron, which explicitly says you do not gain exhaustion from not long resting.
Yes
Warforged from Wayfinder's Guide to Eberon says,
1. That is true
2. A long rest is never required
3. Tasha's Caustic Brew with a second level slot does 4d4 acid, along with other spells
4. Sorlock is not for spamming eldritch blast, it is to gain infinite spell slots. A lot of spells are for flavor purposes
5. A lot of spells are for flavor purposes. Burning Hands and Firebolt are because he is very close to fire.
Why did you ask for feedback?
