There should be a part in there about the Arachne being immune to the effects of the web spell. They aren't inhibited by the difficult terrain, nor can they be restrained by it. Also, perhaps they have advantage on Dexterity checks and saves while on a webbed surface.
If you or someone else could write up the lore section for it, I could work on the mechanics. I’m actually working on something else that could pretty easily translate to the Circle of the Tattooist.
What do you think about there being a tattoo for each school of magic (Abjuration, Conjuration, Divination, Enchantment, Evocation, Illusion, Transmutation, and Necromancy)?

Ok, here's the lore section.
For the humans of Tanmar, most magic is hard to access. Wizardry is almost never used, and very few humans are born with the sorcerous gift. So, the humans have had magic inscribed on their skin. Each human tribe's shaman has unlocked the magic of power runes, turning them to tattoos that grant innate magic to whoever has it. If you are a shaman, why did you leave your tribe? What made you pursue adventure?
So, I've almost finished the modron race, and once Circle of the Tattooist and Ratfolk are done, Tanmar will officially be playable! I will be posting the full lore, history, and map of Tanmar in due time. When that happens, ready your dice, DMs!

Make sure to tell me what happens in Tanmar adventures that you DM, my loyal worldbuilders. We have sufficiently (over)thought most aspects of this world, and we just need to iron out the little things. Like: Is the Raven King the first aarakocra and his spirit is possessing all the others, or is he just a stock-standard evil spirit possessing the Raven Kings, like Queen Wasp in Wings of Fire?
So, there are a few things that need finished before Tanmar is fully playable: the Ratfolk race, the Circle of the Tattooist, the Nightmare Warlock, the Dream Being Warlock, and the Modron race. Let me know how much progress you've made on these things, except for Modron because that''s what I'm working on.
So, anything we need to finish up before Tanmar is playable?
A map and a full lore description are what we need at this point. So, in summary, a... summary. I haven't had time to do much with Circle of the Tattooist yet; I'll put a link to it here when it's done.

Working on the summary right now. Who is doing the Ratfolk?
I made an Arachne homebrew race. What do you guys think?

I really like it. They should join the Spider Guild.
I am an Arachpriest, Cat Cultist, Sauce Monk, Angel of Death, and First Spinjitzu Master.
I play Thirteen the necromancer elf, Timber the tabaxi child, and more at the tavern. Hope you like yams!
Oh yeah, don't forget to be kind and loving and stuff. Not on during weekends.

Just kidding, maybe they just called it "Modron" since it was the first modron.
