Hey guys. So, I've been using Dnd Beyond for some time, and, having just written up my first home-brewed subclass, I figured I'd try making it in Dnd Beyond. For context, I have experience making spells, monsters, and races in Dnd Beyond, so I have a general familiarity with how the tools work (except for the coding things - I know nothing about that).
The subclass I made is a Monk subclass that basically makes you a boxer. The gimmick of the subclass is at level 3 you choose a "boxer style" which will determine your subclass features. When building the subclass using the tools, I inputted a feature which lets you choose your style, and that worked fine within the character builder when I checked halfway through building the class. The other features, however, aren't working at all. They are labeled as "Circuit Features", and when I built them, I checked the "has options" box since they would have options based upon what style you chose, and when I built each option, I added the specific boxer style in the prerequisite box linked to each option. I also checked the "granted" box in each option, since I didn't want to have to select the, for example, two features you get at level 3 based upon your boxer style as if there were more options, even though there would be only two options for you to "pick from" (again, because of your boxer style prerequisite). Well, basically, the prerequisite part worked, but the character builder still had me make two choices out of two options anyways.
Worse yet is how they look on the character sheet. The example I'll use is the "powerhouse" kind of boxer style you can choose. The two level 3 features you get are basically: "You roll two dice for unarmed strikes instead of one, and you can add extra dice to one attack per turn". When building those options, I went to the "Actions" section of the builder to create them, hoping that would make them show up in the character sheet. For the 1st feature, I made it an attack, an action, damage dice 2d4 (added level overrides to coincide with Monk martial arts die table), strength based, affected by martial arts, subtype: unarmed, melee attack, proficient, etc etc. Likewise, I did the same thing with the second feature, but made it a "Special" activation type, and did the damage dice as well as level overrides (damage count increases by later levels). I only did that one build in the "Actions" section for both of these features, but upon looking at my test character, I had about 15 separate "unarmed strike" options in the Action section of the character sheet, and they all looked identical. Likewise, the Special feature repeated itself the same number of times in the Other section of the character sheet, but unlike the Unarmed Strike thing, the damage dice didn't change, even though I was at level 12 with the test character (dice should be 4d6 but was still 2d6).
What I am asking is for help on how to fix these problems. Is there a way to build this sort of subclass at all in Dnd Beyond? Or did I happen to build a subclass with a mechanic that Dnd Beyond isn't sophisticated enough to program?? Any direction or advice would help.
I can't really get a good picture of your problem without being able to see it. Is there any way you could link it for me? Maybe take some screenshots and have a few explanations to go with them, if nothing else?

Not that you asked, but since you say this is your first subclass I feel the need to point out that this is wildly overpowered. Existing monk subclass features add 1 martial arts + WIS once per turn at most, and none of them give it out at level 3 for free. At level 5 you're making three unarmed attacks, so plus the extra this is adding 4d6 extra damage per turn, every turn. With no resource expenditure, you're using your action and bonus action to deal up to 7d6 + [3*DEX] (avg 33.5 with a +3 DEX) to an enemy. That's way too much.
For comparison, a Sneak Attacking Rogue is doing 4d6 + DEX (avg 17) and a Fighter with a Greatsword is dealing 4d6 + STR (also 17). That's the best they can do without expending resources. So you are dealing double the damage of your allies, all day long.
Monk needs a damage boost, but this is too much, too soon as they mainly just need help at 11+. The feature that adds one extra die per turn is fine, but the other one should probably not be another thing that increases damage.
I didn’t add the full text of the “add damage dice” ability for the sake of keeping the post shorter, but the ability text says you can only add extra damage dice a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. They aren’t able to add extra damage all the time - I would agree that’s overpowered. Here’s what it says in full:
POWER PUNCH:
Starting when you choose this tradition, and Boxer Style, at 3rd level, you have learned how to pull all of yourself into your punches. Once per turn, whenever you hit with an unarmed strike, you may choose to add 2d6 to the damage roll. You may use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest. The damage dice increases to 3d6 at level 6, 4d6 at level 11, and 5d6 at level 17.
This is a screenshot of the "Other" section of the character sheet. It is displaying the Power punch ability several times - and there's more that I couldn't screenshot. It just repeats 15 or so times.

I can't seem to access it. If you're just opening the screenshot in the web browser and sending the link, that's not going to work, because I don't have access to your computer, so I don't have access to the file. You're going to need to use some sort of file uploading service. Try using Cubeupload.

I’ll try. Give me a sec to figure it out.

It sounds like your Options aren’t behaving properly. I gave a full walkthrough on how to properly set up Options in the Homebrewed Subclasses & Species FAQ #1: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq). Follow the instructions I gave in that walkthrough and it should sort out your issues. If you still have questions, respond to me here and I’ll answer them for you.
