As previously-announced, we have worked with Wizards of the Coast and Matt Mercer and Marisha Ray to provide an official pronunciation guide!
Starting with monsters and races, you can now hear how to say it to help you at the table. On the details page for each monster or race, we have added an audio icon that can be clicked to hear the pronunciation.
We find ourselves listening to these over and over. We hope you find this useful!
Rock 'n' roll! Keep up the great work!
And can i just say both Matt and Marisha sound awesome with all of these pronunciation guides. No longer will there be arguments at the gaming table over how to pronounce the name of the creature you just killed!

Wary the wizard who focuses on homebrew, for he can create nightmares that you wouldn't even dream of
I don't like it because it proves I have been saying Wyvern wrong...
Kidding of course, cool feature.
Huh. I'm impressed that I pronounce Otyugh correctly.
This is excellent. :)
It's awesome just to listen to them... we should stitch together a D&D remix with their voices.

A warm thank you to Matt Mercer, Marisha Ray and the DDB staff. Bheur Hag was beyond my capability.
I hope it expands to other names too.
My DM pronounces Sloobludop like "Sloop-Da-Loop" and it drives me nuts.
This is pretty awesome
This is so helpful, I can't tell you how long I spent arguing over pronunciation of some of the names.
Make eberron great again.

OK, this is cool.
Very happy about this, but on mobile the audio symbol is currently floating on top of the search and menu buttons for me. I can click through it fine, fortunately, but I can't actually click on it.

I think "Tiefling" sounds cooler when its pronounced Ty-fling instead of Tee-fling.
Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.
